UXBRIDGE TOWN FC

Uxbridge Town Football Club was established in 2002 by a group of local residents under the name of Paiman Football Club. The club is managed by A. Naser Sazish and coached by Shakir Mohammed Waziri. There was a dilemma about the name of the club (Paiman) and after a year (2003) the name of the club was changed to(Perozi). During that period the club joined many different leagues to gain some football experience, even though the club did not achieve any football trophy during those periods but the Management learned how to develop the club further, which was a great achievement itself.

The club manger, coach, local supporters and most of the players worked very hard and stayed shoulder to shoulder to avoid the club being a failure in any situation. All this hard work lead the club to achieve the first football success in 2005. The club reached the final of a very hard and complicated Asian football league cup final and gain the runner's up trophy.

The same year the name of the club changed to Uxbridge Town. In September 2005 the club joined Hayes and District Football League, Played in Division 2,H&D Football League has 8 divisions. It was a new challenge and completely different battle ground for the players. The club worked very hard and managed to survive from relegation in the first season. Second season players developed over time to adapt to the physical side of the game, for which the team finish in comfortable position in the league.

The club entered the Afghan Summer Tournament 2007.At the end of the football season the team prepared tactically, technically, physically and mentally to do well in the tournament.

(Well the rest is history as they say?) Uxbridge Town Fc reached the final and won.Uxbridge Town Fc demolished every team put forward to them, not only by passing, dribbling, running with the ball but by scoring lots of goals, average Goals per game (5).

After 2 season in Hayes & District Football League it was time for a new challenge.

Uxbridge Town Football Club joined Middlesex County Football League in september 07, for the 07/08 football season.Currently playing in division 3.

The Team is doing very well and challenging for promotion as well as playing in 3 different cups.

This club is progressing from day to day.The doors of this club always been open and is open for anyone who has the football potential & talent. The club welcomes anyone who wants his football talent to be appreciated especially youngsters.
